Due to our move to Nashville , TN in the middle of May, Amelia was not able to attend her preschool graduation. However, this week my little girl received her precious graduation mementos from her favorite preschool teacher, Ms. Susan. She was so excited when she unpacked the box and delighted to find so many pictures of her former classmates and teacher. Right away, two photographs were hung up over her desk. It is safe to say that she misses her friends and Ms. Susan a lot.
The poem, the bible she received from her preschool and the lovingly made binder all brought tears to my eyes. I'm still sad that we had to miss her graduation but I'm thankful that she has all these precious things to remind her of her wonderful year in transitional kindergarten at Central Preschool in Mooresville, NC.
