This past week we enjoyed a few Halloween festivities such as parties for both kids and trick-or-treating. Amelia celebrated Halloween for two days in her preschool. On Wednesday, all the kids came dressed up in their costumes and then went downstairs to sing a few songs to the seniors at the church.
That same morning, Elliot was invited to a Halloween play-date with friends from my MOPS group. While we had to leave a bit early in order to make it to Amelia's performance on time, we enjoyed the time while being at the party. There was a bounce house (in the living room because it rained), cookie decorating, some dangerously good punch and lots of toys to play with.

On Thursday, Amelia's class had her actual Halloween party and I helped set-up the room for the kids. There were ghosts hanging from the ceiling, a witch at the door and lots of table decor and food. The look on the girls' faces was priceless:
We also celebrated Ms. Susan's birthday a day early as the school was closed on Friday. She was surprised and so happy about the little booklet the girls made her and the candle and bonsai tree. Happy birthday, Ms. Susan!
To finish their party day off, the girls played with some pumpkin spice play-dough. Amelia loves play-dough and I don't so it works out well that she has plenty of opportunities to play with it at preschool.
Next up more Halloween fun!
