Fun with the Grandparents

While I was the week in Prague, the kids stayed the first part of the week with my mom and the second half with my father. Lots of time is spend outdoors if the weather permits.
My children love spending time with their grandparents and getting all the attention and doing only fun things is like a dream come true. So while I worked, the kids had fun. Opa Dieter took Amelia and Elliot to Germendorf, one of our favorite outdoor attractions. It is a big open park with a dinosaur exhibit, a little petting zoo and some small rides.
Feeding the deer is a favorite:
This time around, both children were really in to the dinosaur exhibit and climbing up the volcano was done a few times.
Opa with his grandson:
Motorcycles, cars, and backhoes:

And a train ride to finish off the day:
On Saturday, Opa and the kids picked me up from the airport and we spent the next 3 days together exploring new exhibitions, shopping and chatting. Elliot was happy to have his mommy back in Berlin.
Because the weather was so beautiful, we went on a walk next to the river in Berlin.
Petra, Opa Dieter, and two silly grandkids:
Ship Ahoi, Capt. Amelia:
A little shopping had to be done too. Especially since both children were allowed to chose a new toy.
 Me and my Dad:
Next up our Sunday adventure at the International Garden Exhibit.
